Aexon started in 2023 after watching small teams lose customers to slow replies — not bad products, just missed WhatsApp messages buried in a personal phone.
Today the same automations run for hundreds of teams across Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok and Messenger — built by people who still answer their own support inbox.
Still small enough that the founders answer support tickets.
