Refund & Cancellation Policy

Along with providing the best quality service and customer experience to our clients, we have established a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy.

We deliver our services, including onboarding, setup, and any custom configuration work, in stages or milestones. This helps ensure that both parties have a clear, shared understanding of the work required, reducing the possibility of disputes or misunderstandings around cancellations.

As time and resources are invested to complete each milestone, refunds are not available for work that has already been completed.

Where a project or engagement is closed on a mutual basis, the client retains any completed work delivered up to that point, and no further development will be provided. Any amount already paid or deposited will not be refunded.

Once a customer has approved a setup, design, or configuration and we have moved into implementation or active development, no refund will be issued for that stage of work. Partial refunds are not available for work that is midway through a milestone.

Promotional or limited-time offers on our subscription plans, made available during special campaigns, are non-cancellable once purchased, unless otherwise stated at the time of the offer.

Subscription Plans

All Aexon subscription plans (including WhatsApp automation, social media management, and CRM/pipeline features) are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started, except where required by applicable law.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must notify us at least 30 days in advance of your next billing cycle. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the Service until that date.

We do not offer refunds for unused message credits, post allocations, or other consumable usage within a billing cycle.

We do not offer refunds on payments or deposits for accounts or projects that remain inactive or abandoned for more than 30 days.
